Inkwell CDN is a content distribution system designed specifically for game servers. We provide file hosting, content delivery, and related services to enhance game server performance and user experience.

3. Account Registration and Use

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

6. NO REFUNDS POLICY

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS AT ALL. All sales are final. Once credits are purchased or services are rendered, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be provided under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with service, change of mind, or technical issues.

11. Disputes and Damage Fee

Any disputes, chargebacks, or legal actions initiated against us will result in an automatic damage fee of £400 GBP. This fee covers administrative costs, legal expenses, and business disruption. By using our services, you agree to pay this fee in addition to any other remedies we may seek.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
